How To OrderWhen ordering online, simply click on the "Make Payment" button. By clicking
on the "Make Payment" button, the site will automatically take you to PayPal website, which will help us to charge

way to order items. It is confidential. After you have placed an order with us, we will send a confirmation letter to your

How to Pick Up an Order at our Office Sorry
We do not offer online prices in our store. If you live locally in Montreal you can come to our retail store that is conveniently
located near Le Faubourg Ste-Catherine (Guy-Concordia subway / Metro station), at 1616 Ste. Catherine St. West,
Suite 2040( 2nd floor ), Montreal, Quebec, H3H 1L7.
Returns
Customer
Satisfaction Guarantee - Returning Merchandise If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a refund. Returns
are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please email us within 7 days
of receipt of goods with your order number. Merchandise must be in perfect condition. Subject to restocking fee of 50%.( Please
note that all clothing is non refundable due to the nature of this item, unless on defective clothing). In the event of a
refund, shipping is non refundable. Sorry We do not take C.O. D
for returns. Clearance Products Our policy states that
clearance/closeout items are final and cannot be returned.
Refunds for our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee Authorized returns will be refunded to your original account
within 7 days of receiving the return from you.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address,
etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining
to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, and billing address is used
solely to bill the customer for their order.
Cancel an order
To cancel your order, please send an email quoting your order reference and reason
for cancelling to customers@glowproducts.ca, or alternatively call 1.514.313.6111. Please note that orders cannot
be cancelled after dispatch.
Misprints
We do our best to provide
you with the most up-to-date and accurate information. In the event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct
or cancel an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct the error on our web site.
In the event that you are shipped an incorrect product, we will gladly accept the unit back and offer you a full refund.
Back Orders / Items Partially Out of Stock
Glow Products Canada makes every effort to maintain accurate inventory information online and to prevent items from
going out of stock. However, due to the volume of orders we receive and the variety of ordering methods available to our customers,
it is possible for items to sell out before we are able to fill all pending orders. If your order contains an item or items
which are partially out of stock, or out of stock, one of the following procedures will be followed:
1) If your
order is partly out of stock or is out of stock for 5 days, Glow products Canada will hold the order until our stock
comes in, unless specific instructions from the customer is called in or e-mailed to customers@glowproducts.ca
2) If more than 5 days and still only a part of your order is
out of stock, Glow Products Canada will contact you by email or phone to get your specific instructions regarding the order.
3) If your order is out of stock longer than 5 days, Glow Products Canada will contact you by email or phone to get
your specific instructions on whether you would like to place the order on back order or if you would like to cancel the order.

cost is based on a total amount. For example, if your product(s) fall between 0.01 and 9.99
you might be charged $6.00 no matter where you are in Canada, USA or the World, but there are times
